It's an amazing mix of Asia and Europe. Always a good stopover! Had a wonderful experience going back with my siblings to explore Gardens by the Bay.
We ate our way through Singapore with kaya toast and nanyang kopi at a local café, devouring chicken rice (because, of course!), and then dinner at Imperial Treasure with family friends.

Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre is a localized food court open 24 hours.
Maxwell Food Centre is in Chinatown, it’s where you can get Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice which is the “best”.
Makansutra Gluttons Bay at Esplanade is a nice food court, only open for dinner.
